CIROK is a streaming platform dedicated to Kurdish cinema and storytelling. We offer a curated collection of Kurdish films, series, documentaries, and originals from across all regions of Kurdistan and the Kurdish diaspora.

Our mission is to bring Kurdish stories to a global audience and celebrate the richness of Kurdish culture through film. Whether you're in Kurdistan, Europe, or anywhere else in the world, CIROK gives you access to the best of Kurdish cinema.

CIROK is available starting from €10.99 per month. You can start with a free 14-day trial to explore the full platform before committing.

Your subscription can be canceled at any time — if you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.

You can cancel your CIROK subscription at any time:

1. Go to your Account page
2. Navigate to the Subscription section
3. Select "Cancel subscription"

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged at all. You can always reactivate your subscription later.

You can watch CIROK on a wide range of devices:

• Desktop & Laptop: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari (macOS)
• Mobile: iOS and Android devices through your mobile browser
• Smart TVs: Samsung, LG, and other smart TVs with a modern web browser
• Casting: Chromecast and AirPlay are supported for streaming from your phone or laptop to your TV

With a Premium subscription, you can stream on up to four devices at the same time.

During playback, look for the subtitles icon (CC or speech bubble) in the player controls at the bottom of the screen. Click or tap it to see available subtitle languages.

CIROK films typically offer subtitles in Kurdish (Sorani), Kurdish (Kurmanji), Arabic, English, and Dutch. The available languages may vary per film.

Your subtitle preference is saved automatically for future viewing.

If you're having trouble logging in, try these steps:

1. Make sure you're using the correct email address — this is the email you used when signing up
2. Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password
3. Check your spam/junk folder for the password reset email
4. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again
5. Try a different browser or device

If none of these steps work, contact our support team at support@cirok.online and we will help you regain access to your account.

CIROK supports multiple viewing profiles per account. Each profile has its own watchlist and viewing history.

To create a new profile: Go to Account → Profiles → Add Profile. Enter a name and optionally mark it as a Kids profile for age-appropriate content only.

To edit or delete a profile: Go to Account → Profiles, select the profile you want to change, and choose Edit or Delete. Note that your primary profile cannot be deleted.

CIROK supports the following payment methods:

• iDEAL (Netherlands)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bancontact (Belgium)

We are working on adding more payment options. All payments are processed securely and your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Offline downloads are currently not available but are planned for a future update. When this feature launches, subscribers will be able to download select films and watch them without an internet connection.

In the meantime, you can stream all content as long as you have an active internet connection. Follow us on social media for updates on new features.

If you experience an issue with a specific film — such as missing subtitles, audio problems, incorrect information, or playback errors — please contact us at support@cirok.online with the following details:

• The title of the film
• A description of the problem
• Your device and browser
• A screenshot if possible

Our team reviews all reports and works to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for all CIROK viewers.
